Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NIMINOM, you agree to these Terms. They form a binding agreement between you and Sculeprime SRL, operator of NIMINOM.

2. The service

NIMINOM is a SaaS platform providing automated competitor price monitoring. Features vary by plan:

Romanian VAT (19%) applies unless a valid EU VAT number is provided. Prices in EUR.

3. Account

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at hello@niminom.com if you suspect unauthorised access

4. Payment & billing

• Billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• If payment fails, we retry for 7 days before suspending access
• Invoice sent by email each billing cycle
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at next billing cycle

5. Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing hello@niminom.com
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Service outages exceeding 48 hours may qualify for pro-rata credit

6. Acceptable use

You may not use NIMINOM to scrape personal data, disrupt infrastructure, resell access, or violate applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your monitoring activities comply with the terms of the websites you monitor.

7. Your data

• You own all data you input (product lists, URLs, settings)
• Export your data anytime via the built-in export feature
• Data deleted 30 days after cancellation (billing records retained per law)

8. Availability

We aim for 99% monthly uptime. Scraping success depends on third-party websites and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on NIMINOM data.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. NIMINOM is provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Intellectual property

NIMINOM, its code, design and logo are owned by Sculeprime SRL. Competitor pricing data belongs to the respective websites.

11. Changes

We will notify users by email at least 14 days before significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Oradea, Bihor, Romania.
